Our pricing model is plan and subscription-based, on a minimum 1-year term with options to pay annually or in monthly instalments. In choosing to pay annually, you would save 20% on the annual cost. While our Lite Plan is based on the number of users, our Pro and Power Plans include 5 users with any subsequent users being charged on a per-user basis.

It's always best to start where your most engaged people feel comfortable, which could be on any one of our pricing plans. In saying this, one of our team members would be happy to help and make sure you get the feature set that is right for your organization.

A user is someone that creates, edits and/or manages anything within a SiteMax module and occupies a paid seat within your team's selected Plan. Oftentimes, these are Project Managers, Superintendents, Foreman, Safety Officers, Field Managers, Operations Managers and Administrators in the field or office. These users generally have permissions that allow them to manage and/or administer modules in SiteMax. If some of your users require less access to the system a hybrid seat or "Lite User" is available on our Pro and Power Plans. These users can create and edit forms, record and edit their own time, view tasks and track their individual certifications and records.

Collaborators are free users. They give you the ability to engage all members of your team in SiteMax, including subcontractors, consultants and project owners. Whether these collaborators are checking in and out for themselves or viewing information from the system, they remain an unpaid seat. If you are simply recording time for yourself or viewing something from afar, you are considered a collaborator and an unpaid seat.

We understand that all teams vary in their experience with using apps and technology and that helpful training sessions get everyone off on the right foot. Optional for the Lite and Pro Plan, but required for any Power and Max (Enterprise) rollout, we offer Light and Full onboarding experiences. Based on the features you choose to adopt, a Success Plan will be tailored with training sessions, consultations and guides for what you will need in order to get set up.

We accept all major credit cards for monthly and yearly billing. The same payment frequency applies for all your users. You will receive a receipt after each successful payment and your subscription will auto-renew based on the term you choose. Any increase of user count will be prorated for the remainder of your payment cycle.
